Judith Zaffirini is the owner of Zaffirini Communications. She holds B.S., M.A., and PhD degrees, each with a 3.9 GPA, from the School of Communication at The University of Texas at Austin. A former educator with 13 years of teaching experience, her commitment to lifelong learning and perpetual professional development is the foundation for her impressive and growing library that she shares with clients, particularly in developing specialized reading lists for them as part of her research-based services.
Self-described as a bilingual Mexican American, part Greek, with an Italian last name, she typically adds diversity to programs, particularly when she adapts to Spanish-speaking and bilingual participants in their preferred language.
Custom-tailored, research-based, targeted services are her hallmark, differentiating her dramatically from colleagues who offer “canned, one-size-fits-all” approaches. She develops and adapts her messages to the characteristics of her clients and participants, who typically are from private, public, and non-profit sectors in the United States and Mexico, though mostly from the business arena.

Zaffirini Communications offers custom-tailored consulting, presentation, writing, translating, keynote, and coaching services about more than 60 topics related to communication, customer service, marketing strategies, public speaking and presentations, community and media relations, protocol, business etiquette, diversity, and bilingual techniques; office communication, business communiqués, and telephone skills; leadership, strategic planning, fund raising, time management, special events, presiding skills, and meetings; and evaluation of print and electronic media strategies and messages, including advertisements, signage, and publications. Audio/video recordings and duplication of her materials are prohibited, except by mutual agreement.
When written materials are developed, Zaffirini Communications retains ownership of the intellectual property, including copyright options, although internal use of materials can be arranged.
FEE SCHEDULE
Services can be provided on a project-by-project basis or as part of consulting services provided on a retainer basis. Fee schedules and additional information are available upon request.
Because Judith Zaffirini is a Texas State Senator, no funds appropriated by the State of Texas can be accepted for payment, and no State of Texas-related work can be included or assumed as part of her services.
